Reading

today is the first day of school for me, I’m doing history at 9:00 A.M. and then math at 2:00 P.M. later. Lately, I’ve been reading a book called “The Darkest Minds” It’s about a girl named Ruby who is an orange, which means she has the power of mind control and seeing people’s memories. She got these powers when she was ten and accidentally made her parents forget about her, she was then taken to thurmond with a lot of other kids with powers and lived there for 6 years before escaping and meeting Chubs, Liam, and Zu. I’m 13 now and for my birthday I got a bracelet maker, a cat pocket knife, and a small green tent just for me. That’s all for now, Until the next post.

Afton Family 4th of July

Ding Dong, the doorbell rang as Mrs. Afton went to answer it. “Hello?” Mrs. Afton said, “Here is your delivery, I need you to sign here please” the delivery man asked. “sure “ Mrs. Afton answered. When she finished signing the delivery man left and Mrs. Afton went and put the fireworks she had ordered away in the garage. A few minutes Mrs. Aftons parents arrived along with Mr. Afton’s dad, and Brother with his family. “Charlie, Cassidy, Gabriel!” Elizabeth yelled as they entered the house. Elizabeth was Mr. and Mrs. Aftons only daughter, they also had two sons named Micheal, and Chris. “Happy 4rth of July Lizzy!” Cassidy yelled, ““how have you been?” Charlie asked. “Pretty good, and you” Elizabeth responded “great” Charlie replied “let’s go play tag in the yard!?” Gabriel asked “ok!” they all answered in unison. Mr. Afton went out to the backyard with a bag of hamburger meat and the supplies needed to make a lot of hamburgers. While the adults talked and the kids played Mr. Afton barbequed the meat. “William!” Mrs. Afton called her husband. “Yes Clara! Mr. Afton answered a few seconds later. “Can you help me carry the dishes and napkins out please!” Mrs. Afton asked, “Sure Clara!” Mr. Afton went and helped Mrs. Afton, completely forgetting about the hamburgers. By the time Mr. Afton got back it was too late, it was all burned, and not lightly burned, not crispy burned, the hamburgers were completely black burned all the way through. “Aaaaahhh!” Mr. Afton screamed when seeing what had happened to the hamburgers. “Clara!” Mr. Afton yelled “Yes william?” Mrs. Afton said when getting there, “I need help” Mr. Afton responded “i’ll order some pizza instead” Mrs. Afton replied when she saw the hamburgers. After Mrs. Afton was done ordering some pizza, she told everyone about the change in dinner plans. “Back in my day we didn’t even have hamburgers!” “You were born in the dark age dad” Mr. Afton commented. After Mr. Afton was hit on the head by his dad, everyone went back to what they were doing. When the pizza finally arrived the sun was about to set. Mrs. Afton took the pizza and put it down on the tables in the backyard, “ Pizza’s here!” Mrs. Afton yelled loud enough for the neighbors to hear. By the time they were done eating the sun had set and Mr. Afton had gone to grab the fireworks. Once Mr. Afton put the fireworks down, Grandpa Afton snatched one up and grabbed a lighter from his pocket. “I’ll light the first firework!” Grandpa Afton announced before bringing the lighter to the string connected to the firework. BOOOOOM!! The firework flew up to the sky and a burst of red, white, and blue filled the sky above the Aftons house. Everyone looked in wonder as the rest of the fireworks flew up into the sky over the next hour. That was the best 4th of July any of them had ever had.

Life and Death

sorry it’s been so long since my last post I haven’t been on my computer a lot lately, here is what has happened since my last post. We now have 5 baby goats, and mystery has given birth to a second litter of kittens this year somewhere between 7-9 kittens, big pig has died and that’s all the important stuff. I also finished writing a short story in honor of the 4th of July, I’ll do another post after this with the story. It’s only 13 more days until I’m officially 13. that’s all I’m gonna put in this post and ill try posting more often!

Pirates

Not much has happened since the last post but, I can say what I’m learning about today. Today we are learning about Marco Polo and finishing our pretend letters to an editor about trying to get people to come to the sea or leave the sea alone, My partner is Audrey and we came up with the idea to connect our letters, Audrey is a pirate trying to get S.C. (sea captains) to give them the royal treasure, while I’m a sea captain trying to get more people to join our crew and protect the royal treasure. That’s all for now.

Mystery went missing for a few days and now she’s back but I think she is pregnant….. Not again, our cats are miniature, bent tails, and eye boggers as kittens. But if they make it older then kitten they survive but they might disappear or get hit by cars. If all our cats were in one spot and alive that we had just on this farm we would have over 50 cats here! My dad says that 4 cats might be a lot for most people, but i think that a lot of cats would be about 20.

I’m learning about population management and issues that major ranchers may have. For example, water, disease, and poaching. Water is needed to grow the food that the animals eat and is used to hydrate the animals, mad cow disease. That’s all I have written down right now though. My goal is to do at least 1 blog post every day so this blog is gonna get to be pretty long! That’s all for now!

harry potter poem

Harry was a little boy of 11 dont you know and he lived a horrid life till his Hogwarts letter came with magic and his friends harry sure did grow and everyone of magic learned to know his name but when Harrys broom was bewitched they all became suspicious they all suspected Snape but Hagrid let it slip and when he did they didn’t obey the teachers wishes Ron and Malfoy fought and hurt more then a lip after that they beat a plant and a chess game dont you see and then a few potions and Snape was inocent harry got the stone and Voldemort was still not free.

The update of all updates!

This is my first post on the new website and I’m really liking all the things I can do, there are a lot more things I can try too. My goal is to start writing on my blog more so that future me knows what happened then. I’m also gonna have a page dedicated to short stories and sometimes parts of long ones. I also have the goal to Write longer things and get into more detail when it comes to my blog. Anyways it’s time for an update. My cat Mirabel is pregnant and so is Cheyenne the goat! Salt and pepper are Cheyenne’s first baby goats born here and there growing up big! Maynard is still alive but man does he honk a lot. School is really fun and it’s nice to see real people and have friends again. Our friend group is called H.A.A.A.K, I like to make new friends but I still miss my old friends too, if possible I’d love to be able to talk to all my friends, that would be amazing to me. H.A.A.A.K. has a few members, that includes, Hadies, Atticus, Audrey, Taylor K, Anona, Devin, and I think that’s all. These are the people I’ve met from my virtual class, The friends I miss from Public school are Clair, Angel, Skylar, and Gabe, These are my friends from public school. When I think about it I don’t think I’ve changed that much since public school, for example, I am really weird, I love to make new friends, I like to eat, I’m clumsy, and I’m bad at math, I was one of the weird students who got distracted really easily. I’m also learning to do drawing a lot better, and I think I’ll dedicate a page to my artwork. This is officially my longest post yet! Yay!! new record. I still like to bake, I sew every once in a while, I haven’t done cross-stitch and crochet in a long while, drawing has been my main hobby to do lately.
